Position Description

Assisting the head coach in organizing all logistical aspects of the program, the duties include.

Assistant with fundraiser (Meet the Redhawks)
Ground Transportation Organization (including practice vans & parking passes needed)
Travel Coordinator (Airport Transportation, Ground Transportation, Flights & SEATING!!!)
Lodging Coordinator (Hotels, Rooming List, Communication)
Meal Planner (Restaurants, Meal Money List, Bus Driver Directions)
Fall & Winter Costo Food for Bannerwood working
Away Game Directions and Coordination with Bus Drivers & Baseball Operations.
Away Game Itineraries
Bag Tags, Line-up Card, & Dugout Cards produced for Upper Campus
BP Times for Home games (for visiting teams) and Away games (for us)
Coordinate Getaway Showers and Meals w/ Incoming Teams **work with Rebekah
Pass List for Recruits at Home Contest (All Sports – example…Basketball Games)
Locker Food Organization for Locker room (w/ Harrel)
Laundry Coordinator on the Road with other Schools
Unofficial Visits or Official Visits: Lodging & Dining (working with Coach Dawson & Capps)
Pass List for Away Games for SU Personnel

Qualifications

Bachelors degree preferred and familiarity with collegiate baseball program operations.

Compensation at a Glance

Salary Range: 24.50-25.50

Seattle University has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information, and not based on a candidate’s gender or any other protected status.
