Position Description
Seattle University School of Law is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented contractor to support the Office of the Registrar, Student Financial Services, and the Business Office during a university-wide ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system transition. This is a full-time, in-person, long-term contract position that plays a key role in maintaining day-to-day operations and supporting three teams within the School of Law.
This position is designated to support the Workday planning and implementation team by assisting with operational responsibilities, allowing project team members to focus on project-related activities. Please note that this position is tied to the duration of the Workday Project. Continued employment is contingent upon the ongoing needs of the project, which is currently anticipated to conclude on or around July 31,2027.
Administrative & Front Desk Support
Provide front desk coverage, greeting students and visitors, answering phones, and managing general inquiries.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience working in higher education or administrative support roles strongly preferred.
- Strong interest in higher education and student services.
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with ERP systems a plus.

Compensation at a Glance
Salary Range: $60,000
Seattle University has provided a compensation range that represents
its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the
time of posting. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be
determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected
candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity
considerations, and available market information, and not based on a
candidate’s gender or any other protected status.
