Adjunct, Operations Research
The Management Department in the Albers School of Business and Economics has an opening for an adjunct professor to teach Mathematical Modeling/Operations Research beginning Spring Quarter 2019. The position will start with teaching one section of BUAN 5260, a required course for students in the Master of Science in Business Analytics program. The course covers a number of methods from operations research to familiarize students with optimization tools and applications.
Minimum of a Masters in a related field and a strong desire to teach and work with graduate students, and be able to instruct students in relevant course content. Professional experience applying operations research that can be brought to the classroom for students to learn and understand real-world application of the course materials.
